Wrap up the year with a little magic at The Eagle Tavern in Little Coxwell. Throughout December, our cosy village inn sparkles with twinkling lights, crackling fires and the delicious scent of festive specials made from the finest local produce. Gather friends, family or colleagues for a leisurely Christmas lunch, an intimate candle-lit supper, or a spirited party with mulled wine on arrival and indulgent puddings to finish. Our chefs have created a seasonal menu celebrating winter’s best—think succulent roasts, buttery sprouts, rich gravies and proper mince pies—paired with hand-picked wines and cask ales. Whether you’re after a quiet table for two or a long table for ten, we’ll make it feel wonderfully Christmassy from the first toast to the last crumb.

To help us make your celebration perfect, a 50% deposit is required for all festive dining and Christmas Day bookings (fully refundable up to 1st December). We also kindly ask for a pre-order of meals in advance so everything is ready just the way you like it. Dates fill quickly, so book early and let us take care of the rest.
